OUR 10-POINT SERVICE
A/C vents sprayed with disinfectants to prevent mold and mildew formation.
Rubber seals and weather stripping inspected and treated with silicone spray if needed to prevent cracking and dry-rot.
Dash and interior moldings treated with Vinylex to lock in plasticides and help to prevent cracking, fading, and dry-rot.
In a full tank, gas treated with a stabilizer additive to prevent deterioration.
Engine sprayed down with CRC to help prevent engine corrosion and wire dry-rot.
Maintain tire pressure at 10 psi over recommended maximum during storage, to ensure rounding and prevent flat spots.
Disconnect and clean battery terminals, seal positive and apply dielectric grease to negative terminal during storage to prevent transient drain.
Monthly or bimonthly minimum 10-mile exercise to ensure engine lubrication at proper operating temperature and to prevent engine and gasket deterioration.
Wash, vacuum, refuel (if desired) prior to your arrival.
Upon request, deliver to and from oil change by ASE certified technicians skilled in all makes and models.

We provide every client and property management company with a Certificate of Liability Insurance citing coverage of HIRED AUTOS! Anyone who does not provide this IS NOT properly insured!
VEHICLE MAINTENANCE LOCATION
Most clients (95%) have us take care of their vehicle at their home or condo if they have a car- port or garage. For those owners who need storage facilities, we provide 10 x 20-foot garages in gated and secured facilities. We offer both climate control and regular storage options. We also maintain vehicles in open air parking lots when desired.
