These are year-long contracts that are customized to fit the client’s service needs during their period of absence from Florida. The Basic Package is a once a month service (6 services) that includes 10-point care with each service. The Platinum Package is a twice a month service (12 services). Additional services can be added to fit the client’s schedule. Platinum Packages are ideal for high-end computer aided automobiles that require more frequent performance evaluation and diagnostic assessment.

Depending upon the make, model, and age of your vehicle, we do different things to prevent the battery from running down. For older vehicles, the negative terminal on the battery can simply be disconnected and reconnected on a monthly basis without any harm to the vehicle. Optimally, we prefer our clients to use trickle chargers that produce a stream of power to the battery on a constant basis. This is only an option if electric is available at your parking location. Newer automobiles, particularly higher end computer aided vehicles, require the battery to be hooked up continuously. Disconnecting these batteries can actually cause harm to the on-board computer system.

A regular wash and vac are included for all Package clients prior to any arrival. Hand washing and waxing are à la carte services that are purchased separately and are also available to the public throughout the year. We use Meguiar’s NXT Generation Tech 2.0 Wax which leaves a super quality see yourself shine. This is a HAND wax treatment using no machines or tools.

Most clients (95%) have us take care of their vehicle at their home or condo if they have a car- port or garage. For those owners who need storage facilities, we provide 10 x 20-foot garages in gated and secured facilities. We offer both climate control and regular storage options. We also maintain vehicles in open air parking lots when desired. In that event and in place of covers, we use custom cut and fitted windshield shades to block the sun from the vehicle’s interior. A cover on an exposed vehicle will do more harm than good.

We use covers made of spun-bond polypropylene that is breathable, lightweight, and water resistant. There is no thread over thread weaving in the technology of the fabric. Therefore, there is no abrasive edge to the fabric that could scratch the vehicle.

The ideal option for your vehicle is to keep it in your deeded spot. This ensures double protection from both your auto insurance and homeowners policy in the event of a hurricane. However, if you prefer to have your vehicle relocated from the Gulf when Naples is within the cone of uncertainty, you can arrange for this emergency service at an additional cost.

We provide flexible vehicle shipping and receiving to and from anywhere in the U.S. and Canada. Regardless of whether you are in Florida or not, we can pick your car up and have it delivered to the shipper for delivery Northbound. Alternatively, upon your return to Florida, we will have your vehicle received, washed, vacuumed, and delivered to your home or condo.

We provide a true auto valet service for RSW, PGD, and Naples Airports. This means YOUR CAR will be washed, vacuumed, and delivered to the airport before your arrival. Alternatively, we will pick up and deliver your vehicle back to your home or condo following your departure. This valuable service frees up your time so that you can enjoy every second of your time in Florida.

The management of keys varies depending on the location, property/condo managers, and the owner’s preferences. We maintain a locked-down facility for the secure storage of keys. Some condominiums require that keys be left at the front desk and checked out when needed.

We accept cash and personal or business checks for maintenance and à la carte services.

Auto Nanny is the only company in Florida fully insured to drive your vehicle. Many owners mistakenly believe that simply granting permission is enough. However, any company paid to manage a vehicle must carry “HIRED AUTO” insurance. We offer a certificate of liability as proof of our coverage.
